Went here after a long day at the parks to grab the kids something. My wife and I also got a burger and we both said it was probably the best mcdonalds burger we have ever had.

For my first time ever in Kissimmee FL before leaving to my home here in North Carolina we stopped here and eat lunch and stocked up on cheese burgers got 15 of them I really loved the service and the people were very nice better than our mc Donald's here actually the burgers where made exactly the way we wanted them perfect and I really enjoyed the shamrock shake delicious .and it was fast didn't have to wait long at all .

While walking to the entrance of this McDonald's, it smelled so bad. It made us want to turn around and get back in the car. The design is also unsafe since the entrance is directly in front of the drive through window. Inside was not very clean. We waited 10 minutes while 3 employees stood behind the counter talking to each other or staring into space. They did not greet anyone or even speak. They were not doing anything. Finally, one employee, who was the manager, rudely said, "I can't take your order. You need to use the kiosk." He was not doing anything! We refused to use the kiosk (we want humans to have jobs). He took our order but was not pleasant. While eating, we saw 5 different customers go back to the counter to return their orders because they were done wrong. No employee apologized. They took the sandwich, threw it in the trash and got another one. There was no customer service or concern for doing a good job.

Waited exactly 30 mins and still no food. I understand it is Christmas but I've seen people get their food before me even though they ordered after me! First time here and I will never come back!

stopped by for drive-thru around 7:30am on a Thursday before going to the parks - not much of a line and they had a sign that said something like Γ’β¬Εif it takes longer than 60 seconds to get your food once you pay, you get a free breakfast sandwich next visitΓ’β¬Β - took like 3 minutes (not a big deal, still pretty quick) but when we brought it up to the lady at the window she rolled her eyes and took another couple minutes to get us the coupon. They should have these ready to go if they know they are running slow. To add insult to injury, they got my order wrong. Not even worth going back to fix it. Ate the biscuit I didnΓ’β¬β’t order grudgingly but it tasted like betrayal.

Been to this McDonald's four times now. Slowest McD's on the planet. Not once have they got order correct, usually forget to give you drink cups. Staff are usually standing around, playing on their phones. Took three minutes and another customers help to attract a staff member to get some ketchup. Despite being within touching distance of two staff and a manager. Will say when you get what you order, it is usually of a high standard. Seems to me, this branch is trying to do away with the stigma of 'fast food' by being so slow.

This location had amazing customer service. Richard and Debbie were very helpful and stayed on top of our orders. He offered to refill our coffee and take our trash. It was really busy but the line moved quickly and all the servers were very nice.

For that time your wife insists on getting to Disney an hour before rope drop and the resort you are staying at doesn't have coffee or breakfast out yet. When functioning outside of the haze of jet lag still feels like a distant reality, and the likelihood of being crowded by loud and annoying children before the saving dose of caffeine kicks in is an imminent threat: McDonald's comes in for a win! And the whole family begins to benefit from this pit stop that is conveniently just outside the entrance to the parks.

So the pies at this place are literally the worst. They have obviously been left out in the warmer over night, I couldn't even bite the dang thing. It's all rubbery inside and dry as heck outside.

This is the fastest McDonald's I've ever been to. I use the digital ordering boards in the front. It takes a second or two longer to place your order because you're navigating their menu yourself but I think they really Pride themselves on making sure that their timing are fast with usage of that system. No sooner that I sit down then my entire order for breakfast meals were ready. The place was crowded but they had a great flow to everything and absolutely zero wait for the food. I highly recommend this one in comparison to others and I will return.

Food was hot and fresh as always, but the staff were rude. I understand that busy nights can be annoying and stressful, but having worked in food, I can attest to there never being a legitimate reason to be rude to pleasant guests, which is what happened tonight.

The food was hot and the fries were fresh. We stayed near this McDonald's on vacation so we went several times over 3 days. The last visit, I left my new tablet on the counter. I called about 15 minutes later, they said they had it. When I went back, they made me unlock it to ensure it was mine! Great idea, honest staff, and great food

Typical McDonald's. Go through the drive through and by time you get your fries they are cold. The bun to my burger was burnt. Made eating the sandwich not as enjoyable. Better off trying some place else. Get better service and food.

Worst service IΓ’β¬β’ve ever experienced. And this is a McDonalds. That bar is already pretty low. Slower than the worst standby line at all of Disney during spring break. Staff is just there to do as little as they can to keep from being fired. AND they closed at 11:30 while we were in the drive thru. Guess open 24 hours means something else at this place.

The accommodations were spacious. The weather was chilly. My two brothers enjoyed the music and bar in the evening. They charged extra fees even though we didn't use their pool or anything extra.

my opinion
Clean eating area, AC was a little to cold for the little ones, ordering machines replacing the cashiers, we are all creating our own unemployment, place was busy during the spring break, both the drive thru as well as dine in. Had outdoor seating also, but to hot for that, need better shade

They need to pay more attention to what they serve. Got undercooked chicken nuggets, no ketchup (even after I asked for it) and the fries were cold AND they took long with my order. Would definitely not go again

I waited 30 mins in a bumper to bumper traffic drive thru. The staff wasnt to friendly and honestly felt like they could care less. Tragic, but it might be because im from Delaware .

Service was so slow I waited in the drive through for 40 minutes and the food was cold by the time it got to me. The staff was hanging out the window yelling over my car to friends in the parking lot.

Menu showed 6 piece as 2 dollars . Lady argued with me saying there was an error on the menu . She said that she could give me the 6 piece for the 2 dollars instead of the 3 something she was originally trying to charge me . I pay and pull up to the second window. as the man there was reading out my order before he handed me my bag he said 4 piece nugget then looked in the bag and corrected himself saying Γ’β¬ΕI mean the 6 pieceΓ’β¬Β had like two other employees standing there with him just staring at us in the car smirking. Checked my bad and they gave me the 4 piece. I ended up going inside to then have to argue with the manager. She took my whole bag of food back into the kitchen area after I had already left the drive through and gone through my food ? Pretty sure thatΓ’β¬β’s a huge health code violation . To top it off both iced coffees we received tasted like straight watered down creamer and sugar .

Super Fast Service. It is in a busy area and they know how to get your food to you fast in the drive through. The egg mcmuffin was fresh and hot and not over done. The sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddle was really big and tasty. Will definitely visit them again.

Had to pull over and wait for fries that never came. Others were getting their drive thru orders and pulling around us . Finally had to go in and get them. Otherwise, it's Mc Donald's , right?

A tremendous mess in here. Waited over 24 minutes for food to dine in. Only worried about the drive through and the tables inside (only 5) are all waiting. Tables are dirty, food debris on the floor and the bathroom is disgusting. Oh and they donΓ’β¬β’t deliver the food, it was sitting on their counter... I had to get it myself.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. One of the drive thru ordering windows must have been malfunctioning. We sat and watched 3 cars go through the other window until I gave up and went inside. The drive thru advertised little macs so I tried to order one inside. Apparently they couldn't make one even though they could make a regular big mac. Made my order at the kiosk. I receive the order and it's missing a sandwich. Point this out before I leave and another sandwich is put in the bag. Also, had to ask for drink at this point because the cashier forgot to give me a cup. Get into the car and start to eat as we start to head to the highway. turns out our spicy mcchicken had turned into a plain cheeseburger somehow. Tl;dr: Took forever, didnt have items, bad service, received wrong food

Very thankful for the Manager here who rummaged through the dumpster to find my wallet I accidentally threw away many hours before hand. I cannot express how much time and hassle he saved me replacing everything. Thank you.

This place is horrible! It took forever to get the food and it was cold when we got it. I understand that the order was for 4 people and it would take time. Not a problem. But the nasty attitude that I got after the worker ignored me was uncalled for. Then I observed that your ability to get any kind of service here is directly dependent upon your ability to speak Spanish! Never coming back to this place again

Waited 10 min on simple order of food and then had to ask 3x to get order straight. Finally got all our food 16 minutes later we. Leave get to the house and sausage was missing from 2 orders of food. Sorry business

I was in town for the Walt Disney World Marathon weekend and was staying nearby. I stopped by here to eat my traditional pre-marathon meal. Using a QR code deal on the McDonald's mobile app, I placed my order on one of their ordering kiosks. I got two Quarter Pounder with cheese burgers for $5, large fries for $1, and a large unsweetened iced tea for $1. That was a pretty good deal for all that food! The food was brought out to my table when it was ready. The dining area was kept pretty clean when I was there.

I came in and no body said hi. Non of the self register where available to use. So I stand in front of the counter and not even the manager ask if I could be help. No one took my order and I went to the restroom I came back and stand but no one looked at me or took my order so I left hungry and disappointed there where only focusing on drive thru. The thing you s that there was no body inside the restaurant. It was 6:50am. So I don't understand. I went to Wendy's that's next door and also have breakfast. A lot cheaper

ItΓ’β¬β’s 12:30 am on 1-28-2020 and there is two cars pulling up at the same time to the drive through menu when I notice one pulls forward and leaves then the one in front of me pulls forward and leaves. When I reach the menu to order a lady gets on and says itΓ’β¬β’s a 10 minute wait. I asked for what because I had not even placed my order. Then she says Γ’β¬Ε For all the food.Γ’β¬Β And she said it in the most condescending tone possible. I told her she didnΓ’β¬β’t need to be so snippy and just left. So upset.

The double-drive through is cool and the person taking orders was on the ball...pleasant and accurately done. The people making the food and filling orders need to get with it. Cold, stale food and not filling the orders properly...or filling the fries at all (see pics). Bleh.

Went to this place twice during our visit because of convenience and location to hotel. The first time our order was wrong, however the did fix it promptly which was nice. Sad part is both times the people taking our orders were rude and did not care to be there and even with no line we were asked to pull forward and wait additional time. I get that when busy, but when I'm the only one in line, have more compassion for your consumer than your clock times at drive through.

Food was good. Staff was horrible. The guy just handed me my food. He didnt greet me or tell me to have a good day. I wasn't even sure if he was finished with my order because he never even acknowledged me. I understand this is a touristy place but imagine someone coming to McDonald's for the first time and this is their experience. Do better!!!

Great place to enjoy a value meal. However, this particular store needs improvement. It's important to make sure the orser is correct before it gets to the customer. It's best to read the order back to the customer to confirm it. It's no fun going through the drive through and you have to get out. Also, acknowledge the customer at the counter instead of having the customer call and speak up for help. A little kindness goes a long way. The chain has some good and bad stores, but this one needs work. It's always good to find value meals and the kids have a good time too. JUST REMEMBER CUSTOMERS ARE IMPORTANT!

Clean, quick, and friendly staff. I love the ordering kiosks, they make it so much easier for someone with social anxiety to order everything how they want it without getting flustered because asking for no onions makes them feel uncomfortable.
